Hi, I am Bori Johnsen
a passionate psychologist with Hungarian and Norwegian accreditation, counselor, and teacher with over 20 years of professional experience. My expertise lies in guiding individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges, fostering personal growth, healing, and resilience.
Originally from Budapest, Hungary, I have had the privilege of living and working in diverse cultural settings. My career began in the aviation industry, where I honed my skills in interpersonal communication and adaptability. Later, I transitioned into psychology, gaining extensive experience in healthcare, education, and municipal systems, supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Today, I run my own private practice with a systems and trauma approach near Oslo, offering a wide range of therapeutic services online.
My Approach
I believe in a personalized and compassionate approach to therapy. I utilize methods that have been proven effective in addressing a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relational struggles, grief, and self-esteem challenges. My applied techniques include:
